After the 15min, your appointment will be automatically CANCELLED and I will keep your deposit as a NO- SHOW FEE. Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment so you do not LOSE your deposit. A non-refundable deposit is required to book ANY service. This is to reserve your desired date and time. No deposit equals no appointment; you might show up and I might not be there. As specified, the deposit will NOT be refunded. I understand life happens and I can definitely reschedule your appointment and you will not need a new deposit AS LONG AS YOU RESPECT THE 2HR WINDOW. However, no shows WILL LOSE their deposit. I do NOT offer refunds, if you are unsatisfied with my work, I can either fix it while you're still here depending on my availability or we can arrange for you to come in at my earliest availability. If you leave and did NOT say anything about it, you WILL be responsible to pay for the new service including a NEW deposit. You have a 3 day guarantee in case you chip or break a nail OR if your eyelashes are falling off **PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST ONE INSPO PHOTO** I DO NOT WORK ON NAILS WITH FUNGUS or ATHLETE'S FOOT (NO EXCEPTIONS) This is for your safety & mine, I am not a podologist. Cancellation Policy
50% fee for no-shows & cancellations within two hours before the scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME. Fee is covered by deposit
