POLICIES A 15 min grace period is allowed but please be mindful we might have to cut short your appointment depending on availability. After the 15min, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hrs before the beginning of your appointment so you do not LOSE your deposit. A non-refundable deposit is required to book ANY service. This is to reserve your desired date and time. I understand life happens and I can definitely reschedule your appointment and you will not need a new deposit AS LONG AS YOU RESPECT THE 24HR WINDOW. However, no shows WILL LOSE their deposit. I do NOT offer refunds, I can either fix it while you're still here depending on my availability or we can arrange for you to come in at my earliest availability. If you leave and did NOT say anything about it, you WILL be responsible to pay for the new service including a NEW deposit. A 3 day guarantee is offered in case you chip or break a nail OR if your eyelashes are falling off **PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST ONE INSPO PHOTO** I DO NOT WORK ON NAILS WITH FUNGUS or ATHLETE'S FOOT (NO EXCEPTIONS) This is for your safety & mine. Same goes with pink eye or any eye infection, please bring doctor clearance. By booking, you agree to my policies.
